How is my artwork packaged for shipping?
We take extreme care with every order. Original paintings are crated in bespoke wooden boxes, while limited edition prints are rolled in heavy-duty tubes or flat-packed with acid-free materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer international delivery?
Yes, we ship our art collections worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the dimensions of the piece.
What is your return policy for home decor and art?
We want you to love your new art. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is returned in its original packaging and condition.
Are the prints signed by John Dyer?
All limited edition prints and original paintings are hand-signed by John Dyer. Open edition prints and posters feature a printed signature as part of the artwork.
Can I request a custom commission for my home?
